This cafe serves bread and gelato created under the direction of Chef Atsushi Hatae of "Atsushi Hatae," which has four stores in Tokyo. CALM is French for "calm" or "quiet." As this name suggests, we pursue true deliciousness with the free-spirited imagination of a patissier who brings out the flavor, texture, and taste of the ingredients.
