In our facility, we only allow dogs as pets.
To ensure that everyone has a comfortable stay, please abide by the following rules.
Basic Rules
● Dogs are not permitted inside the stores within the facility. *Guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs are excluded.
● Please be considerate to avoid causing trouble or danger to other customers.
● Please keep your dog on a lead inside the facility, and keep it as short as possible for safety.
● Do not leave your dog unattended in the car or inside the facility.
● Do not let your dog sit on tables or benches.
● We recommend that your dog wear dog training pants to protect the environment.
● If your dog does produce waste, it is your responsibility to dispose of it and be sure to take it with you when you leave.
● Do not throw waste in trash cans, toilets, etc.
● Owners are responsible for any damage to property, fights between dogs, or damage caused to other customers.
● The facility cannot take any responsibility for any trouble caused between guests by dogs.
● Please refrain from entering the ponds, rivers, plantations, or lawns within the facility.
● Please be careful not to run out into the parking lot or walkways as this may cause serious accidents.
● Please refrain from entering the restrooms and nursing rooms.
● Only guests and related parties are allowed in the glamping area.
● In the doggie tents within the glamping area, dogs can be off-leash only in designated areas
● In addition to the rules above, we may directly contact you if we deem any behavior inappropriate, so please understand.
About dining locations
● You may dine in the designated areas of the following stores:
■ SOBA Haruka (terrace seats) ■ STEAK HOUSE AGED (terrace seats) ■ CALM (terrace seats)
■ Premium Seafood BBQ (Only dog spaces are allowed on the BBQ deck, and there are only 3 sections available at the private BBQ site *Reservation required)
There are limited seats. Please follow the rules of each store when using the facilities.
● Please refrain from tying your dog to store entrances, pillars, trees, etc.
● Please keep your dog's lead short and hold it in your hand to prevent it from going to the next seat
● Please do not place dogs or dog supplies on tables or chairs
● We do not provide dog food, etc.
Manners are there so that everyone can enjoy themselves safely and securely, and if even one person does not follow the manners, the venue
may not be available for use. We hope that you will enjoy your time while following the established manners.
