Please feel free to use the bicycle parking lot for motorcycles and bicycles located in one corner of the Kanadenomori Resort parking lot.
Please note that the parking lot does not have a roof.

We operate a free shuttle between Izu Kogen Station (Sakura Namiki Exit) and Kanade no Mori.
About the free shuttle:

Dogs in carriers can ride the bus with you.

The Kanadenomori Resort parking lot will be closed at night.
Please note that for security reasons, sleeping in your car is currently not permitted.

Guests coming by personal car or rental car can use the free parking lot at Kana no Mori Resort without making a reservation.
However, if you are planning to stop by with a large bus, please call 0557-55-7200 to reserve a bus parking space.

Please refrain from bringing in food and drinks when using the BBQ.
*You can bring in baby food and food for allergies.

Additional food and drinks for meals can be purchased at the BBQ shop.

Yes, you can generally use the restaurant without making a reservation.
We have about 500 seats, but if the restaurant is fully booked, you may have to wait for a seat, so please bear with us if this happens. We
also accept reservations for seats only, but please note that there may be a wait time during busy times. You can make reservations

for BBQ here (both set menu reservations and seat-only reservations are available).

The BBQ site at Kana no Mori Resort Premium Seafood BBQ has a roof, so you can enjoy BBQ even in rainy weather.
However, since the journey from the BBQ site to the reception and food sales point is outdoors, we recommend bringing an umbrella so you can stay comfortable and avoid getting wet.

Everything you need for cooking is provided at Premium Seafood BBQ.
You can come empty-handed, without making a reservation, and still eat to your heart's content.

During glamping stays, we ask that you refrain from bringing in food and drinks.
*You can bring in baby food and food for allergies.

Additional food and drinks for BBQ meals can be purchased at the BBQ store, and drinks and snacks for use in tents can be purchased at the Marche.

You can now stay with your dog in some of the glamping tents.
[Conditions]
・Doggie tents are tents 7 and 10.
・Dogs can stay off-leash on the reserved wooden deck.
・In tent 7, dogs must stay in a cage.
・In tent 10, dogs must wear manners pants (provided by the owner) or stay in a cage.
・There is a private dog run adjacent to the tents (Saturdays) .
・No food is provided for dogs, so please bring your own.
・It costs 3,000 yen per dog per night.

There are two types of tents at Kanade no Mori Forest Glamping: "dome-shaped tents" and "Indian-style tents".

Until now, fireworks have been prohibited at Kanade no Mori Resort due to the presence of flammable fallen leaves and branches in the surrounding area, but we have decided to provide a place for fireworks only for glamping guests! !

・Please bring your own fireworks (we plan to sell fireworks at Kanade no Marche this summer). ・
Please only set off fireworks in the Fireworks Square (we will inform you at check-in). ・
If you are setting off fireworks, we will provide a bucket for you to take away your trash, so please let a staff member know on the day.
・Please refrain from setting off loud fireworks or launching fireworks as there are wild animals around the facility (they will be startled).
・Please do not set fires under any circumstances. It is a crime.
・Please limit fireworks to 9:30 p.m.

At Kanadenomori Forest Glamping, you can enjoy a BBQ dinner featuring domestic beef that has been carefully aged for two weeks in Kanadenomori, something you won't find anywhere else.
You can upgrade your dinner menu or add seafood, but we are currently not selling plans without meals.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we highly recommend that you enjoy Kanadenomori's aged beef. We
are also considering and adjusting additional dinner plans, so please look forward to their release.

Meals vary depending on the plan, but at Kana no Mori Forest Glamping, dinner is a BBQ mainly featuring aged domestic beef on the private BBQ deck in your accommodation tent.

*You can also purchase your favorite seafood from the day-use BBQ facility on the premises and enjoy it at dinner.

Breakfast will be served at Kana no Mori Boulangerie + Glasery "Calm", with freshly baked bread supervised by Atsushi Hatae.
Please take a morning walk from your tent when you leave.

The cancellation policy for accommodation is as follows:
■ Cancellation on the day: 100%
■ 2 days to the day before: 50%
■ 5 days to 3 days before: 20%
These are the standard cancellation policies. The above may differ depending on the date of stay and accommodation plan, so please check the plan details when making your reservation.
There may be cases where you cannot cancel due to weather or other unavoidable circumstances, so please contact us by phone first.

The restaurant menu does not offer take-out options, but may be available for a limited time or seasonally.
Kanade no Marche also sells side dishes and bento boxes.
On a nice day, it's refreshing to spread out your bento outside while looking at Mt. Omuroyama.
In addition, some items at Premium Seafood BBQ are available for take-out.

No baby food is available at any of the restaurants. If you have a child who needs baby food, please bring it with you and let the restaurant staff know.
The restaurant staff will do their best to assist you.
There is also a microwave oven available for your use in the nursing room in the restrooms of the Kana no Mori Resort facilities.

We are very sorry, but we cannot fully accommodate your request.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but due to the structure of the restaurant, there is a possibility that even a small amount of an allergic ingredient may be present in your meal. We apologize for
the inconvenience, but please let us know if you have any allergies when you visit the restaurant.

We cannot accept returns of purchased products unless there is a major defect in the product.

At Kanade no Marche , you can use Yamato Transport's home delivery service (Takkyubin).
Feel free to buy as many items as you can carry.
Shipping and cardboard fees will be charged separately. Thank you for your understanding.

At Kanade no Mori Resort, we only accept doggies.

At each restaurant in Kana no Mori Resort, you can enjoy meals with your dog on the terrace.
At the Premium Seafood BBQ, there is a dog space where you can enjoy a BBQ with your dog.

We are currently not offering dog boarding services.

Mount Omuro, the symbol of Ito City, stands close to Kanadenomori Resort.
At the foot of the mountain, there are many sights to see, including Sakura no Sato, the Omuroyama Lift, Izu Shaboten Zoo, Granpal Park Grand Illumination, and the Izu Kogen Cherry Blossom Avenue.
Jogasaki Coast, Lake Ippeki, Komuroyama Ridge Walk MISORA, Amagi Highlands, and Shuzenji are all within a 10-30 minute drive.
Information on nearby facilities

The nearest convenience store is the 7-Eleven Ito City Ogi Branch (open 24 hours).
It is about 7-8 minutes by car, or 3.8 km away. Please refer to

the route from Kana no Mori Resort to the 7-Eleven Ito City Ogi Branch (Google Maps) .

Although you can't do this at Kanade no Mori Resort, you can enjoy

strawberry picking from December to Golden Week,
bamboo shoot digging in April, melon picking
from June to September, and
mandarin orange picking from October to December in Ito City. Izu is particularly popular for strawberry and mandarin orange picking.

We have various items available as gifts in return for hometown tax donations, such as accommodation vouchers and gift certificates.

Kanade no Mori Resort is open on a portion of the entire site.
It is certainly large, but there are other customers. For safety reasons, flying skateboards, radio-controlled cars, and drones is not permitted within the facility.

We will do our best to meet your requests, but there are cases where we may have to decline depending on the content.
